Its thicker gauge #304 heavy duty stainless steel construction will keep this patio heater functional for a lifetime. The one piece pole and 5pc. heavy duty reflector make this unit sturdy. We've designed the head assembly with an easy access panel for quick and simple exchange of components. The Pro Series comes with defective parts covered for the life of the unit, so you'll always have a working patio heater. This high quality patio heater features a tip over protection system for safety, and a reliable electronic single stage ignition system. The attached heavy duty wheels provide easy mobility. We offer free shipping within the continental U.S.
Most orders ship within 24–72 hours and arrive in 5–7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
- Small items ship via UPS or FedEx.
- Large items ship on a pallet via freight.
(Some carriers schedule delivery, others deliver curbside or near your garage.)

Returns & Refunds:
We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@outsidersliving.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending it back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
