REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ are Milwaukee's most powerful, fastest charging, and longest life batteries. The M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 is COOL-CYCLE™ capable. COOL-CYCLE™ Active Cooling System provides high-speed cooling for less downtime. Patented ingress coating provides increased protection to maximize active cooling through an upgraded venting design. The high-speed cooling feature works with M18™ chargers that have COOL-CYCLE™ capability. When paired with the M18™ Dual Bay Simultaneous Super Charger, this battery charges in just 35 minutes to 80%, getting you back to work faster than ever before. This lithium-ion battery has the longest life, the most recharges, and the best performance over the life of the battery. We offer free shipping within the continental U.S.
Most orders ship within 24–72 hours and arrive in 5–7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
- Small items ship via UPS or FedEx.
- Large items ship on a pallet via freight.
(Some carriers schedule delivery, others deliver curbside or near your garage.)
Please inspect your order on arrival. Check for damage and make sure all boxes or pallets are included. If anything's wrong, contact us within 48 hours at support@outsidersliving.com or (517)-798-6176
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes—please use a physical address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds:
We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@outsidersliving.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending it back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
