The Dimplex 3000 watt indoor/outdoor IP65 certified infrared heater offers an easy-to-use programmable timer with remote control and an 8-hour safety shutoff after continuous operation. The Nextrema Schott glass provides consistent heat distribution while reducing light emissions. The Ceramic Glass Infrared Heater is precision-engineered to give excellent performance that heats as attractively as it appears. Schott Nextrema® ceramic tinted glass offers great temperature, thermal shock, and chemical resistance. Ruby halogen bulb provides full heating power accessible in less than 8 seconds, you can go from freezing to warm with a single press of the remote control. Requires 240V.

- We have you covered! Pay no shipping or handling cost when shipping to USA (Including Freight Under 200lb) when you order from Outsiders Living (Excludes: HI & AK). No Sales Tax! (Excludes: MI).

Shipping:
We offer free shipping within the continental U.S.
Most orders ship within 24–72 hours and arrive in 5–7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
- Small items ship via UPS or FedEx.
- Large items ship on a pallet via freight.
(Some carriers schedule delivery, others deliver curbside or near your garage.)
Please inspect your order on arrival. Check for damage and make sure all boxes or pallets are included. If anything's wrong, contact us within 48 hours at support@outsidersliving.com or (517)-798-6176
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes—please use a physical address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds:
We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@outsidersliving.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending it back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
