Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. For returns over 200lb, customers will incur the shipping cost to return the product before we can review the product for damages or defects and issue a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
Fire Pit Warranty/Refund Policy
All fire pit components are warranted for a period of 10 years after date of purchase by the original owner.
Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.
Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
Gas components are not eligible for buyers remorse refund if they have been installed or used.
Artisan Spark Guard Warranty
Fire Pit Art® Artisan Spark Guards are handcrafted to fit Fire Pit Art® and no returns are accepted if they are purchased to fit any other product except Fire Pit Art. All though we use very heavy mesh screen it is susceptible to the high direct heat of the fire pit. Longevity is determined by the frequency and intensity of the fires and will be different for every user.
Although it may rust the fire screen material is guaranteed for sixty days against failure, the frame work is guaranteed for ten years with proof of purchase and would be shipped back prepaid to Fire Pit Art.
Although we do not get returns, please feel free to call or email at any time if you should have questions before or after your purchase. It is our belief that our fire pits will be passed along for generations and decades to come. Enjoy!

SOLO Stove Return/ Warranty Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
After 30 days, if the product has not been burned or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.
Lifetime Warranty
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for countries outside the U.S. and Canada. All international orders are final.
Ohio Flame Return Policy
Our Return Policy covers damaged or defective products only. If you feel that your product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives immediately. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, either a replacement or refund may be issued. Any refund issued will be applied to method of payment that was used at the time of order. If the product was damaged during shipment, we will require for you to provide us with information and pictures of the damaged product including packaging so that we may file a claim with our shipper. Our Return Policy excludes "buyer's remorse".
Bull BBQ Return Policy
Any special order item (an item not stocked by SCP) is non-returnable, any product we do not stock at this branch has a 25% restocking fee, and any freight charged is non-refundable. Non-warranty returns must be made within 30 days, warranty returns must be okayed by the manufacturer sales representative before they are returned. Tile is non-returnable.
