- Inspect your order for visible damage. Look for crushed corners, holes, or broken pallets. If you suspect internal damage, take photos before unpacking.
- Check for hidden damage after opening. If you find any concealed damage after unpacking, send photos to support@outsidersliving.com within 48 hours, or give us a call—we’ll guide you through the process and get it taken care of.
