1. Confirm your shipment is complete. Check the delivery receipt to ensure you’ve received the correct number of boxes/pallets. 2. Inspect your order for visible damage. Look for crushed corners, holes, or broken pallets. If you suspect internal damage, take photos before unpacking.
3. Check for hidden damage after opening. If you find any concealed damage after unpacking, send photos to support@outsidersliving.com within 48 hours, or give us a call—we’ll guide you through the process and get it taken care of.
