- Confirm your shipment is complete. Check the delivery receipt to ensure you’ve received the correct number of boxes/pallets. If anything is missing, note it on the receipt before signing (e.g., “Received 3 out of 4 pieces”) and contact us immediately at (517)-798-6176 so we can resolve the issue.
- Inspect your order for visible damage. Look for crushed corners, holes, or broken pallets. If you suspect internal damage, take photos before unpacking.
- Check for hidden damage after opening. If you find any concealed damage after unpacking, send photos to support@outsidersliving.com within 48 hours, or give us a call—we’ll guide you through the process and get it taken care of.
